The Eskaton rehabilitation team is dedicated to helping each patient reach his or her highest potential. Care is focused to maximize the patient's ability to function as self-reliantly as possible so he or she can return home or to the most independent setting.

Inpatient Rehabilitation:  We strive to motivate patients and inspire results that will give reason to celebrate. The interdisciplinary team includes professionals in physical, occupational, and speech therapy as well as specialized and highly-trained staff supporting the recovery process.

Outpatient Rehabilitation:  As part of our commitment to restoring lost physical function and independence, our therapeutic team also provides outpatient rehabilitation services. These services are available both at our locations and in your home.
